Driver Vetting & Verification
Every driver on the Tfare platform undergoes a thorough verification process. This includes national identity verification, criminal background check screenings, driver's license authentication, and a physical vehicle inspection before approval.
In-App Emergency SOS
Our mobile applications contain a dedicated Emergency SOS button. In high-risk scenarios, users can trigger an instant broadcast that sends live coordinates to registered emergency contacts and raises a critical telemetry warning in our operations center.
Continuous Trip Monitoring
All trips are tracked continuously using PostGIS location updates. Any abnormal path deviations, excessive stops, or extended travel delays trigger warnings to our active dispatch operations center for support outreach.
Rapid Incident Reporting
If any issue occurs during or after a trip, riders and drivers can submit post-trip dispute reports. Support tickets are automatically assigned SLA response times and reviewed by operations administrators.
